Danforth East Arts Fair – September 19 & 20, 2009

Organizers of the first annual Danforth East Arts Fair invite artisans to apply for our juried arts and crafts show and sale, to be held in Toronto’s East Lynn Park, 1949 Danforth Avenue, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

This high-quality show is being organized with the help of the Danforth East Community Association (DECA). The surrounding neighborhood values the arts and supports a successful weekly farmers’ market, which attracts 1,000 people to the same location on Thursdays. This event is not a money-maker. Artists’ fees cover our permits, insurance and advertising campaign.

We hope the fair will feature a diverse range of work created by artisans from in and around Toronto. We invite you to apply by July 31, 2009. Applications can be downloaded at www.danfortheast.ca .
