FROM THE DESK OF TCA: Toronto illustrators?

The field of illustration has truly exploded in the past few years; as followers of the TCA interns’ Top Picks will have noted, there are so many talented peeps out there drawing in their own dreamy, quirky, and/or irreverent styles.
I must confess though that other than a small handful of greats (like Shea Chang, above, who has done lovely work for local bands Obijou and Timber Timbre) I am not terribly familiar with the Toronto talent pool for illustrators, and I was hoping you guys could share some of your faves with me by commenting on this post.

I’m a big fan of Ruth Wang who is also from Toronto BTW. I love her simple style and her use of texture and mixed media. Her linework reminds me Egon Schiele which I adore!
