HISTORY
Since its creation in 2002, the Love Show has worked to raise awareness about the privilege that surrounds us and our responsibility to support others. Each year, proceeds from the show are used to support community-based organizations that combat violence and encourage self esteem. Each of us has infinite abilities of kindness and love.
THEME
This year’s theme, Dreams, encompasses all meanings of the word: the dreams we have at night, dreams of the future, aspirations, visions and fantasies. We are pleased to support the Workman Arts Project as they help artists with mental illness and addiction issues realize their dreams.
WORKMAN ARTS
The mission of the Workman Arts Project is to support aspiring, emerging and established artists with mental illness and addiction issues who are committed to developing and refining their art form and promoting a greater understanding of mental illness and addiction through film, theatre, visual art, music and the literary arts.
