by rosalyn
NOTE: this post has been updated as some of the spaces have been rented
Artscape is currently offering five rental opportunities for artist studio spaces in Artscape Distillery Studios, for as little as $311.39 per month. Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to be part of a vibrant creative community.
Work-Only Spaces – 3rd Floor
All studios feature original hardwood floors, 10’ ceilings with open beams, and multiple windows. Each work space is a subdivided portion of a larger, shared studio – individual artist spaces range from 174 – 270 square feet. Utilities are included in the monthly rent. Additional amenities include a shared work sink, garbage/recycling facilities, and access to a freight elevator suitable for transporting large work.
Artscape Distillery Studios offer unobstructed, direct light, making them perfect for a painter or any other artist whose practice benefits from clear, natural light sources.
In addition, several of the spaces feature extensive running wall space, practical for artists looking for a multifunction space that can serve as a gallery/display area in addition to a work studio.
