Call for Donations: Handcrafted / Independent Art for Silent Auction to Benefit Local Community Advocates

On May 6, UrbanEx will be hosting its first ever Urban Masquerade fundraiser. The evening will be filled with live entertainment from local musicians, artists and poets, a silent auction of hand-crafted and independent artworks and great food and drinks!

UrbanEx is a non-profit organization founded and directed by Em Johnson and Alan Waugh. Bringing awareness and advocacy for those at risk on our streets and in our communities, Johnson and Waugh lead weeklong excursions in Toronto, challenging teams of students, adults, social agencies, media, corporate executives and artists to broaden their perspectives on these issues. UrbanEx also provides leadership, knowledge, ideas and experiences through speaking engagements and training exercises that see entire communities actively engaged with each other.

Where: Revival (783 College Street)
