We are new upscale clothing and accessory designer boutique for Men and Women looking for Fashion Designers, Jewelers, Milliners and Artisans.

We understand that fashion retail is an expensive business.  So we are offering an excellent opportunity for new, upcoming, and veteran Designers to establish, expand or relocate their business in the trendy Queen Street East neighbourhood of Leslieville.

Fixtures, shelving, racks, store design, utilities, sales terminal, advertising, Staff, and upkeep are all included in your rent.  No Commission or annoying “extras” are taken from your sales.  Designers keep 100% of their monthly sales total.

Please note that the following do not suit our location: Club wear, Goth, Alternative, or Bathing Suits.  We are specifically looking for Men & Women: casuals, trendy, hip, urban, upscale Ready to Wear Apparel.  We carry Canadian Designer Labels only – We will consider interest from Artists outside the Greater Toronto Area.
