Bright 10 x 12 room on the 2nd floor of a house with big window facing west, wood floors, kettle and mini fridge. Table, shelf, chairs and lamps can be provided. Messy media is fine.
Trinity Bellwoods Park behind house, for breaks etc. Lots of cafes and shops a short walk to Dundas, Queen or Ossington.
$300 Flexible hours, 7 days, 10am to 11pm.
or
$200 for 3 days / per week.
Short term is fine.
Non-smoker please.

Hello there Leila. I’m interested in your rental for the evenings and weekends. I currently work a full time job. And I want to get back into my art I need to build up a portfolio.
