STUDIO SPACE: Shared studio at Bloor & Lansdowne

Sara is looking to rent out some studio space:
large studio space for rent, to share between 6 – 8 folks
with kitchen, bathroom (&tub), flat rooftop, high ceilings, south facing
big windows and nice trees
second floor warehouse space above an auto shop.
Where:
perth ave just south of bloor right off the bike path
24 hr access, backyard entrance via sterling ave
When:
available july 1st at reduced rate if you’d like to be a part of the
partitioning/space arranging/studio-fying
or july 15th if you want to move in with everything all sorted (it’s currently full of stuff/currently being emptied…don’t mind the mess!)
How Much:
$150 – $200/month inclusive

Hi Sara,
Just left you an email but thought I’d try through here. Interested in the space. I am a teacher/artist. I don’t need a ton of space. I work in large scale drawings, withs some paint involved. I also illustrate and do some installation and print making. Looking to get more focused and get a series going, and to start work on a children’s book. Let me know if there is still space available.
