Zines make great stocking stuffers! Spread the zine gospel this holiday season by buying a heap of them at XPACE’s zine fair this coming weekend, and gift them to your friends and family. The fair will have handmade items, prints and other great stuff, too.

Visit [...]

Soy candles by Amy’s Place
Crafternoon Tea was the very first craft show I sold at in Toronto, and as someone who loves tea, tea-related treats, and customers with a geniune appreciation for handmade works, it was a great experience for me. Now in its 7th year, CT is still bringing sweet treats and handmade holiday goodness to the east end. Read on for details, and check out the poster at the bottom for a primer on independent holiday shows happening all over [...]

Kensington Market is the place to be December 3rd if you are in the market (har har) for handmade awesomeness. Veteran craft & design purveyors Kid Icarus will be hosting a craft fair with a stellar looking line up at College and Bellevue, and just down the street, the newish and adorable Nook Collective will be throwing their own craft & design party at their Holiday Sale (also on December 10th). Check out their cute posters and see you there!
