This February 2010, Spins & Needles, in collaboration with Ottawa’s National Capital Commission, is calling on artists, crafters and the public, individuals and groups, of all ages, and all creative levels to be part of the Winterlude Urban Cozy Project. After seven years of BeautifulCity.ca Alliance campaigning, Toronto City Council will be voting on a billboard tax for art at its next meeting on November 30 and December 1.
