Attention print-based artists: submission are now being accepted for Open Studio‘s annual Don Phillips Scholarship, The Donald O’Born Family Scholarship and Nick Novak Fellowship. These awards are available to, respectively, a student in his or her final year of undergraduate study, a recent BFA or MFA graduate and a professional artist member of the studio.

I hesitate to post about this, only because I am a wee bit nervous to be moderating this CraftTalks panel (does that feeling ever go away??) hosted by the Ontario Crafts Council and OCAD’s Material Art & Design program. But I think this is a very current and valuable conversation to be having, so I want to make sure those of you who haven’t come across it know about it. Come out be part of the discussion!
