The Junction is absolutely jammed with exciting design & craft shops and creative celebrations of late, so it was more of an ‘awesome, of course’ than an ‘no, really??’ when Amanda alerted me to to the fact that a ARTiculations, a cute new art supply store/workshop space/exhibition venue has opened there.

I didn’t get a chance to participate in last year’s mammoth group exhibition at The Paper Place, but I did stop by to see it. It was huge! This year, the paper size may be slightly different, but the premise is similar: take a piece of paper, make a piece of original artwork with it, and have it displayed in The Paper Place for others to admire! This work is from her exploration of catholic and religious imagery while a student at NSCAD University, and have since moved back to her hometown of London, Ontario and visited the church she attended growing up, St. Patrick’s Parish.
