<p>I&#8217;ve been thinking about how best to contribute to Haiti Aid efforts (with, I&#8217;ll admit it, a limited budget), and was really glad to see this info come through from <a href="http://www.nathalie-roze.com">Nathalie-Roze</a> on this craft show/rummage sale/bake sale/etc. she is hosting in Leslievile next Saturday.  This one is the second &#8220;Shop for the Cause&#8221; event she is hosting, the first one being for the 2005 Tsunami, during which  over $16,000 was raised (Amazing!).</p>

<p>TCA is seeking interns to contribute the development of the project to be a greater resource to readers, and to reach people outside of our current community.</p>
<p>Depending on your area of interest, intern responsibilities may include:</p>

<li><strong>Coverage of local craft events</strong></li>
<li><strong>Identifying creative venues and new ways to spread the word about the TCA</strong></li>

<p>I&#8217;m happy to announce my first <strong>Super 8mm Film Workshop</strong>!<br />
This is a no-to-low profit endeavor with the goal of getting people out together mixing it up with some art and fun.</p>
<p>What is Super 8mm film? Well first off, it&#8217;s film &#8211; like &#8220;movies&#8221; film &#8211; it comes in a cartridge, it gets developed &#8211; it&#8217;s not video &#8211; it is projected onto a screen and it is silent.</p>
